My 16 year old daughter and I have been Heavenly Face clients for a year and a half now. My daughter recieves holistic acne treatment and I have received permanent makeup lip application. Veronica is a true artist! The permanent make up she does is absolutely beautiful. The compliments I get on my lips is amazing. I have no added expense for filler or hassle with lip liner, it’s great. She also saved my neck & chest area from utter disaster with an inexperienced laser tech in Southlake. It was the worst moment ever. All I can say is this – Be Careful!!! Please do your research and Read Reviews – it pays to take the time as you only have one skin to live in baby so take care of it. Veronica is very well known and takes a very natural approach with skin which is great – her results are always beautiful and glowing. It does not take drastic, harsh and aggressive treatments to obtain and ascertain to incredible results. Believe me – she is one of the very best in the aesthetic industry.

Mrs. Lorello is an awesome esthetician and person. I started having severe acne all over my face. I tried quite a few over the counter products, natural at home products, and finally the dermatologists. I visited two different dermatologists. The first one took a look at my face and said my acne would not go away without oral antibiotics (Mrs. Lorello has proved him wrong), so he prescribed me some as well as topical antibiotics. I did not want to go to the extreme of using oral antibiotics and I was already using a topical antibiotic prescribed by the family doctor.

So I made an appointment to supposedly the best dermatologist in town and had to wait three months to get in, once I had my appointment it was the same story just a different topical antibiotic. I was desperate, I kept getting all sorts of advice for a couple of months and nothing was helping. I was finally referred to Mrs. Lorello at Heavenly Faces. I scheduled just a consultation at first but ended up staying for my first treatment. I could not believe the difference in that one treatment. Mrs. Lorello was so patient and really gave me her undivided attention. She was so nice and very comforting and careful. I finally had hope!!! After every treatment I am awed at the progress it is making. My family was even surprised and said I finally had something that was working and that I was lucky to have been referred to Mrs. Lorello. She also set me up on a simple easy to use regimen for taking care of my face at home.

I am gaining back my confidence thanks to Mrs. Lorello. She is so understanding and looks for what works the best for each person and is always learning about new techniques or products, she also uses all natural products which I greatly appreciate. My face has never been so well taken care of. I am so blessed to have met her and am so grateful to her for the amazing work on my face and her patience and understanding.

This is an Awesome place! I have been going to Veronica for over 7 years. She is the BEST eyebrow and facial woman in Texas! I go to her mainly for my eyebrows and get compliments ALL THE TIME, usually from women who have let their nail salons do their eyes and they have NO brows or they are so pencil thin, it looks strange. Veronica understands natural beauty. She is a beautiful woman and her daughter is not only a kind person, she is as beautiful and talented as Veronica. Heavenly Faces is a class act and what i consider “Best of the Best!”
